Sr. Facilities Engineer - Denver, CO - Posted 2013-09-06

Under close supervision is able to perform routine assignments requiring the application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria. The position is responsible for overseeing facilities engineering projects within the Rocky Mountain Region and providing engineering support for on-going operations. This position works closely with Business Unit Managers and Asset Teams for each geographic area to ensure early identification of surface facility needs. The facilities engineer will evaluate appropriate options and make recommendations that will meet the Business Unit needs and development strategies, and be responsible for the timely and on-budget completion of these projects. This position will also work closely with other departments (e.g. EH&S, Regulatory, Marketing) in order to coordinate all aspects for their successful execution. The facilities engineer will provide ongoing support for optimization and identification of de-bottlenecking opportunities with the existing assets. Selection and oversight of 3rd party engineering and construction firms will be required to leverage their ability to provide complete project management services for the wide and diverse facility portfolio. Job Requirements •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering •Minimum 5-10 years of experience in production and facilities engineering •Familiarity with industry engineering design programs and industry standards •Ability to travel to operating field locations (required) •Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Engineer Technician - Denver, CO - Posted 2013-10-29

In this position the candidate will provide direct support to Reservoir Engineering staff for Aries economic and reserve database development and maintenance. The candidate will perform detailed Aries reserve and economic runs and work. Also, they will work with Production and Geologic staff to insure complete and accurate data. The candidate will assist with production and well reporting functions and develop and track actual AFE costs vs. estimated. This position requires 10+ years’ relevant experience, that you are an expert Aries user working understanding of database functions - i.e. Microsoft Access, and you have ability to use Wellview, Petra or OFM is a plus.
